Meet the members of our team and Foundation Board, whose diverse expertise directly supports our activities.
Jasmine Audemars is the great-granddaughter of Jules Louis Audemars, co-founder of Audemars Piguet. With a degree in social sciences and economic history, she began her career as a journalist, rising to become Editor-in-Chief of Le Journal de Genève, which would subsequently become Le Temps. Jasmine chaired the Audemars Piguet Board of Directors for 30 years, taking over from her father, Jacques-Louis Audemars. Since 2022, she has been focusing all her energy on philanthropy, particularly in her role as Chair of the Audemars Piguet Foundations.
Bertrand Paris has a degree in the physics of materials and industrial management. He began his career in the automobile industry, before moving into the world of watchmaking and joining Audemars Piguet, where he has worked for over 25 years. His keen interest in sustainability led him to join the company’s Eco-Group and ESG Committee, which worked to ensure that the Manufacture des Forges (inaugurated in 2008) was the first industrial building in Switzerland to achieve Minergie-Eco certification. Bertrand also actively supported the implementation of Audemars Piguet’s responsible gold supply chains.
Eric Bouchet was born in Haute-Savoie to one of the horticulturists who co-founded the gardening chain Botanic. Passionate about technology, he studied electronic engineering and joined Alstom, where he co-led major rail projects that included the Eurostar. Now co-CEO of Botanic, he has contributed to some of the company’s landmark decisions, such as the withdrawal of pesticides from its shelves in 2008 and the transformation of Botanic into a mission-driven company. In addition to his professional activities, Eric is also the Chairman of the Earthworm Foundation and an elected municipal official.
Didier Roguet is an ethnobotanist. He had a career as a curator, researcher-teacher, and science communicator at the Conservatory and Botanical Garden of the City of Geneva (CJBG), where he served as a member of the Board of Directors for over 25 years. Author of several books and curator of numerous exhibitions, he set up a wealth of technical cooperation programmes based on ethnobotany applied to environmental education in Latin America and West Africa. In 2021, he was named an Officer of the Order of Merit of National Education in Côte d’Ivoire for his involvement in the country’s environmental education policy through the Centre Suisse de Recherches Scientifiques (CSRS).
